摘 要:分别利用聚乙烯蜡(PE蜡)、硅烷偶联剂HDTMS、硬脂酸对云母粉进行表面改性,以改性云母粉作为绝缘粉体,制备交联聚乙烯(XLPE)热缩膜。通过热缩法包覆线芯代替原有挤包工艺,制备绝缘包覆电缆。探究改性云母粉对XLPE热缩膜电阻率、耐击穿性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:改性云母粉的加入,使XLPE热缩膜耐电性能得到明显改善。HDTMS改性云母时,XLPE热缩膜的耐电性能最优,20℃时电阻率提高至1017.9Ω,击穿电压升至20.6 k V。PE蜡和HDTMS为改性剂时,XLPE热缩膜的耐水效果最好,接触角分别升至103.2°和104.7°。PE蜡、硬脂酸和HDTMS改性云母的加入,使XLPE热缩膜的抗张强度分别提高至11.7、12.9和14.7 MPa。HDTMS改性云母粉填充XLPE热缩膜的断裂伸长率接近500%。因此,HDTMS改性云母粉与XLPE基体相容性更佳。The mica powder was modified by polyethylene wax(PE wax),silane coupling agent HDTMS and stearic acid,respectively.The modified mica powder was used as insulation powder to prepare crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE)heat shrinkable film.Insulation coated cables were prepared by heat shrinkage coating core instead of the original extrusion process.The effects of modified mica powder on resistivity,breakdown resistance and mechanical properties of XLPE shrink able film were investigated.The results show that the addition of modified mica powder can significantly improve the electrical resistance of XLPE shrink able film.When HDTMS is used to modify mica,the electrical resistance of XLPE shrinkable film is the best.The resistivity increases to 1017.9Ω and the breakdown voltage increases to 20.6 kV at20 ℃.When PE wax and HDTMS are used as modifiers,the water resistance of XLPE shrinkable films are the best,and the contact angles increase to 103.2° and 104.7°,respectively.With the addition of PE wax,stearic acid and HDTMS modified mica powder,the tensile strength of XLPE shrink able film is increased to 11.7,12.9 and 14.7 MPa,respectively.The elongation at break of XLPE heat shrinkable film filled with HDTMS modified mica powder is close to 500%.Therefore,HDTMS modified mica powder has better compatibility with XLPE matrix.
