摘  要:芳香族聚酰亚胺(API)具有优良的综合性能,可以满足许多领域对高性能材料的需求,但仍然存在溶解性低、熔融性差、透光性差、介电常数高、气体选择透过性差等问题,严重限制API的应用。而半脂环族聚酰亚胺能够抑制电荷转移复合物(CTC)作用,在一定限度上弥补API的缺陷。文章针对近些年国内外对半脂环族聚酰亚胺的研究现状,总结引入柔性单元、大体积基团、含氟基团、不对称结构以及无机填料等,对半脂环族聚酰亚胺的可加工性、光学性能、电化学性能和气体选择性等方面的影响,综述半脂环族聚酰亚胺作为先进材料在光学、微电子、生物医学、现代工业领域中的应用。Aromatic polyimide(API) has excellent comprehensive properties which can meet the needs of highperformance materials in many fields.However,there are still problems such as low solubility,poor melting,poor light transmittance,high dielectric constant,and poor gas selective permeability,which seriously limit the application of API.The semi-alicyclic polyimide can inhibit the action of charge transfer complex(CTC) and make up for the defects of API to a certain extent.In view of the research status of semi-alicyclic polyimides at home and abroad in recent years,the effects of flexible units,large volume groups,fluorine-containing groups,asymmetric structures and inorganic fillers on the machinability,optical properties,electrochemical properties and gas selectivity of semi-alicyclic polyimides are summarized.The application of semi-alicyclic polyimides as advanced materials in the fields of optics,microelectronics,biomedicine and modern industry is reviewed.
