摘  要:近年来,以箱形截面拟合双曲造型的单层网壳结构的公共建筑越来越多,而相关的施工工艺也亟待总结和整理。以榆林职业技术学院体育馆项目竞赛馆屋盖钢结构为载体,在工期短、控造价的前提下通过比较现有空间双曲造型实现方法的优劣,创造性地提出了“标准杆件+折板弯扭节点”实现空间双曲造型的新工艺,解决了箱形截面杆件空间角度扭转时的错口问题,有效地降低了施工成本,缩短了建造周期,并形成了一套完整的空间非对称NURBS(non-uniform rational B-splines)双曲斜交单层网壳结构施工技术。In recent years,more and more public buildings are constructed upon single-layer reticulated shell structure fitted with a box-shaped cross-section. But related construction technology needs to be summarized and sorted out urgently. This article takes the steel structure of Yulin Vocational and Technical College Gymnasium roof as the carrier and short construction period and cost control as the premise,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of existing spatial hyperbolic modeling methods to creatively propose a new process of realizing spatial hyperbolic modeling of standard rods + folding plate bending and torsion nodes which can solve the problem of misalignment when the spatial angle of the box-section bar is twisted and effectively reduce the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and form a complete set of spacial asymmetric NURBS hyperbolic skew single-layer latticed shell construction technology.
