不同树龄榆树根围AM真菌与土壤因子相关性

摘  要:为了探求科尔沁沙地不同树龄榆树根系土壤丛枝菌根真菌(AM)与土壤因子的关系。分别选取10、25、40 a榆树林,测定了不同树龄菌根侵染率、孢子密度、土壤理化性质及AM真菌种类。结果表明:孢子密度、菌根侵染率均呈现出随树龄的增加而增大的趋势;pH随树龄的增加逐渐降低;土壤速效P、速效N质量分数随树龄增加先降低后增加;土壤速效钾和有机质质量分数随树龄增加呈增加趋势,3种树龄榆树根系共鉴定出4属30种AM真菌,其中球囊霉属(Glomus)17种,无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)9种,盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora)3种,原囊霉属(Archaeospora)1种。To explore the relationship between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AM)and soil factors in elm root soil of different ages in Horqin sandy land,the mycorrhizal infection rate,spore density,soil physicochemical properties and AM fungi species of Ulmus pumila forests in different ages were determined.Thespore density and mycorrhizal infection rate increased with the increaseof tree age,and pH decreased with the increase of tree age.The contents of soil available P and N decreased first and then increased with the increase of tree age.The contents of soil available potassium and organic matter increased with tree age.A total of 30 species of AM fungi belonging to 4 genera were identified in the roots of three elm trees of different age,including 17 species of Glomus,3 species of Acaulospora,3 species of Scutellospora and 1 species of Archaeospora.
