摘 要:以超临界二氧化碳(scCO_(2))为物理发泡剂,制备出了一种具有较好导电能力和优异电磁屏蔽性能的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/碳纳米管(CNTs)/石墨烯(GNPs)发泡复合材料。研究了不同填料的含量对PVDF发泡复合材料导电能力和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。实验结果表明,相比PVDF泡沫,添加2%的CNTs,PVDF发泡复合材料的泡孔尺寸由62.4μm下降到了54.8μm,泡孔密度由3.66×10^(6)个/cm^(3)增加到了6.44×10^(6)个/cm^(3),发泡倍率也由4.9下降到了3.3倍,电导率由5×10^(-15) S/cm增加到了1.7×10^(-5) S/cm,总电磁屏蔽效能由2.4 dB到达7.7 dB。在PVDF/CNTs基础上继续添加GNPs,添加6%的GNPs,泡孔尺寸由54.8μm下降到了15.3μm,泡孔密度由6.44×10^(6)个/cm^(3)增加到了3.74×10^(7)个/cm^(3),发泡倍率也由3.3倍下降到了1.5倍,电导率由1.7×10^(-5) S/cm增加到了0.08 S/cm,总电磁屏蔽效能也从7.7 dB增加到了26.1 dB。Poly vinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/carbon nanotube(CNTs)/graphene(GNPs)composite foam with remarkable electrical property and admirable electromagnetic shielding performance was fabricated by supercritical carbon dioxide as physical foaming agent.The effects of different filler contents on the electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties of diverse PVDF composite foams were researched.The results display that as 2%CNTs are added,cell size of PVDF/CNTs composite foams decrease from 62.4μm to 54.8μm,their cell density increase from 3.66×10^(6) to 6.44×10^(6) cells/cm^(3),their volume expansion ratio(VER)reduce from 4.9 to 3.3 times,their electrical conductivity is enhanced from 5×10^(-15) to 1.7×10^(-5) S/cm,and their total electromagnetic shielding interference effectiveness(EMISE)are elevated from 2.4 to 7.7 dB.When GNPs are further introduced and their content reach 6%,cell size of PVDF/CNTs/GNPs foams is decreased from 54.8μm to 15.3μm,their cell density increased from 6.44×10^(6) cells/cm^(3) to 3.74×10^(7) cells/cm^(3),the VER reduce from 3.3 to 1.5 times,their electrical conductivity is boosted from 1.7×10^(-5) to 0.08 S/cm,and their total EMISE is also enhanced from 7.7 dB to 26.1 dB.
