摘  要:鉴于聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)与聚碳酸酯(PC)复合时结晶性能下降影响制品的快速生产,采用纳米蒙脱土(MMT)对PTT为分散相时PC/PTT复合材料的结晶性能进行了调控研究。差示扫描量热结果表明,MMT对PTT分散相具有显著强于PTT为连续相时的突出结晶促进作用,且这种促进作用依据PTT含量的不同呈现出明显的差异性。透射电子显微镜和广角X射线衍射分析表明,MMT对PTT分散相这种超强结晶促进作用的原因是其几乎全部以剥离状态分布在相界面上形成厚度为几十到上百个纳米的球状MMT层,该MMT层对PTT结晶具有超强的诱导成核能力。PTT/PC的相容剂双酚A型环氧树脂使MMT的剥离性分散程度降低,沿界面择优分布性变差,不利于其结晶促进作用。Based on the crystallization retardation of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT)when blending with polycarbonate(PC),which affects the rapid production,the crystallization of the PC/PTT blend with PTT as the dispersed phase was investigated by employing nano-montmorillonite(MMT)as a crystallization promoter.The differential scanning calorimetry results indicate that MMT shows a prominently stronger acceleration on the crystallization of PTT dispersed phase than the PTT continuous phase,and this promotion varies markedly with PTT content.Transmission electron microscope and wide angle X-ray diffraction results reveal that the reason of this prominent promotion on the crystallization is that the distribution of MMT which exfoliated almost completely is enriched along the phase interface forming a MMT layer of dozens to hundreds of nanometers thickness.This endows sections of the PTT dispersed phase with abundant nuclei and thus crystallization is promoted significantly.The bisphenol A-type epoxy resin,as a compatiblizer of the PTT/PC blend,makes the exfoliation extent of MMT be decreased and the selective distribution of MMT along the interface also become worse,which is not conducive to the crystallization promotion effect of MMT.
