摘  要:以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)模塑粉为基料,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为活性溶剂,过氧化苯甲酰/N,N-二羟乙基对甲苯胺(BPO/DEPT)为引发体剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为活性发泡剂,通过冷聚合制备板状可发性PMMA。研究了PMMA模塑粉浓度、BPO用量、BPO与DEPT质量比对板状可发性PMMA转化率、平均分子量及分布、表面硬度和透光率的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜观察了板状可发泡PMMA断面形貌,同步热分析仪测试不同PMMA模塑粉浓度条件下,板状可发性PMMA中AIBN高峰吸热分解温度。结果表明,当PMMA模塑粉浓度为30%,BPO用量为0.18%,BPO与DEPT质量比为1.5,冷聚合制备板状可发性PMMA的综合性能优异,可为后续负压微发泡PMMA提供了原料保障和技术支撑,也可为热塑性废塑料高值化回收利用提供一条新的路径。Plate-like foamable poly methyl methacrylate(PMMA)was synthesized through cold polymerization by using PMMA molding powder as a matrix and methyl methacrylate(MMA),benzoyl peroxide/N,N-dihydroxyethyl p-toluidine(BPO/DEPT),and azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)acted as the active solvent,initiator,and foaming agent respectively.The effects of PMMA molding powder concentration,BPO dosage,quality ratio of BPO and DEPT on the conversion rate,average molecular weight and distribution,surface hardness and light transmittance of plate-like foamable PMMA were investigated.Scanning electron microscopy was used to evaluate the fracture morphology of PMMA,and synchronous thermal analyzer were used to test the peak endothermic decomposition temperature of AIBN in plate-like expandable PMMA under different PMMA molding powder concentrations.Results show that the plate-like foamable PMMA with optimal properties is obtained when the concentration of PMMA molding powder is 30%,and ratios of BPO to MMA and BPO to DEPT are 0.18%and 1.5 respectively.The technology for the synthesis of the platelike foamable PMMA provide the raw materials and technical support necessary for the preparation of negative-pressure microfoaming PMMA,as well as a new avenue for the high-value recycling and utilization of thermoplastic waste plastics.
