摘  要:以聚乳酸(PLA)为基材,以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物(X-U993)为扩链改性剂,采用熔融共混制备PLA/X-U993共混物。研究X-U993用量对PLA的流变性能、黏均分子量、力学性能、热力学性能和接触角的影响。结果表明,随着X-U993用量增加,平衡扭矩逐渐增大,PLA的熔融温度、结晶热焓、熔融热焓逐步降低,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和接触角呈先增加然后降低的变化趋势。当X-U993质量分数为1%时PLA材料的平衡扭矩最大为14.0N·m,当X-U993质量分数为0.8%时,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和接触角达到最大值,分别为62.9MPa,5.1%,256.2N/mm,77.58°;当X-U993质量分数≥0.6%时出现冷结晶峰,冷结晶温度随X-U993用量增加而增大。X-U993对PLA产生了扩链反应,其环氧基与羧基、羟基发生化学反应,羧基、羟基数量减少,进而亲水能力减弱,接触角增加。By using polylactic acid(PLA)as base material and copolymer of styrene,methyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate(X-U993)as the chain extension modifier,PLA/X-U993 blends were prepared.The effects of X-U993 content on the rheological properties,viscosity average molecular weight,mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties and contact angle of PLA were investigated.The results show that with the increase of X-U993 content,the equilibrium torque gradually increase,the melting temperature,crystallization enthalpy,melting enthalpy of PLA gradually decrease.The tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and contact angle show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When the mass fraction of X-U993 is 1%,the maximum equilibrium torque of PLA is 14.0 N·m.When the mass fraction of X-U993 is 0.8%,the tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and contact angle reach the maximum value are 62.9 MPa,5.1%,256.2 N/mm and 77.58°respectively.When the content of X-U993 is more than 0.6%,the cold crystallization peak is found,and the cold crystallization temperature increases with the increase of the content of X-U993.There has a chain extension reaction between epoxy groups of X-U993 and carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of PLA,then the number of carboxyl and hydroxyl decrease,hydrophilic ability is lower and contact angle is higher.
