摘  要:为了研究浸润剂中润滑剂对短切玻璃纤维(GF)生产过程与其增强热塑性树脂性能的影响,在GF增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)中常规短切GF 534A浸润剂基础上,通过对浸润剂中的润滑剂种类以及含量进行优化,对比研究了含有四种不同润滑剂的浸润剂体系对534A短切GF的生产顺畅性、产品基本物性以及GF增强PBT的力学性能的影响。通过挤出注塑制成GF增强PBT的复合材料(PBT/GF),对复合材料的熔体流动速率、冲击断面形貌以及力学性能进行了表征与研究。结果表明:润滑剂的加入可以有效提高短切GF产品的流动性,减少产品的毛羽量;使用少量润滑剂处理的GF在增强PBT时对复合材料的熔体流动性不会产生明显影响,但反应型的润滑剂可能会降低复合熔体的黏度;利用润滑剂处理的GF增强PBT时可以提高常规复合材料的冲击性能。In order to study the influence of lubricants in glass fiber’sizing on the production process of chopped glass fibers(GF)and the properties of their reinforced thermoplastic resins,the effects of four sizing systems containing different lubricants on the production smoothness and basic properties of chopped strands and the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate(PBT/GF)were investigated on the base of conventional chopped GF534A sizing of GF reinforced PBT.PBT/GF composites were prepared by extrusion and injection molding,and the melting index,impact fracture’s section morphology and mechanical properties of the composites were characterized.The results show that the introduction of lubricants in sizing can effectively improve the fluidity and reduce the fuzz of chopped strands.GF treated with small amount of lubricants have no obvious effect on the melt flowability of the PBT/GF composites,but the reactive lubricant may reduce the viscosity of the composite melt.The impact properties of composites can be improved by using lubricant treated glass fiber reinforced PBT.
