摘  要:介绍了透明工程塑料的研究与发展现状。通过揭示影响工程塑料透明性的主要因素,包括结晶与成型工艺等,归纳出研制开发透明工程塑料的设计思路。在此基础上,简述了热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPI)工程塑料及其透明化研究的进展状况。从TPI材料的分子设计与合成,以及透明TPI工程塑料的研究与发展等角度进行了阐述。重点综述了含氟型与半脂环族两类透明TPI工程塑料的研发现状、潜在的工程化应用领域以及未来的发展趋势。分析表明将含氟与脂环结构加以结合是未来研发高性能透明TPI工程塑料的有效途径。Research and development(R&D)status of transparent polymer engineering plastics were introduced.The structural design ideas for the transparent polymer engineering plastics were summarized by revealing the main factors affecting the transparency of polymer engineering plastics,including crystallinity and processing conditions.Then,the progress on the research and applications of thermoplastic polyimide(TPI)engineering plastics and the transparentization were reviewed.The molecular design and synthesis of TPI engineering plastics,and the R&D of transparent TPI engineering plastics were mainly introduced.Emphatically,the R&D status,potential engineering applications,and future developing trends of the fluoro-containing and semi-alicyclic transparent TPI engineering plastics were presented.It can be concluded that the combination of fluoro-containing and alicyclic ring structures might be the efficient procedure for developing high-performance transparent TPI engineering plastics.
