摘 要:为了确定不同参数条件对10 kW制冷机组用冷凝器换热性能的影响,利用空气焓差法测试冷凝器空气侧容量和压降性能的影响,通过改变翅片形状(4种),翅片节距(5种),管排数(4种)和空气流量(6种)进行了冷凝器的性能特征研究,并且通过对比分析不同冷凝器规格下的10 kW制冷机组的制冷容量和压降情况。试验结果表明:首先确定最佳性能下冷凝器翅片类型为波纹状,然后测试得到最佳性能下波纹状翅片的规格为翅片节距3 mm,管排数4排,空气流量90 m^(3)/min,试验结果可为冷藏/冷冻车辆制冷机组性能研究提供参考。In order to study and determine the influence of different parameters on the heat transfer performance of the condenser used in a 10 kW refrigeration unit,the effects of air-side capacity and pressure drop performance of the condenser were tested by the air enthalpy difference method,and the performance characteristics of the condenser were studied by changing the fin shape(4 types),fin pitch(5 types),tube row(4 types)and air flow rate(6 types).And the refrigeration capacity and pressure drop of 10 kW refrigeration units under different condenser specifications were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that it is first determined that the condenser fin type with the best performance is wavy.Then the test shows that the wavy fin specifications under the best performance are 3 mm fin pitch,4 rows of tubes,and air flow rate of 90 m^(3)/min.The experimental results provide a reference for the research on the performance of refrigeration unit of 10 kW refrigerated/chilled vehicle.
