摘 要:为研究集流圈圆弧半径对离心风机叶轮流动特性的影响规律,对后向式离心风机内部流场进行全流道数值模拟研究。首先针对原型离心风机,进行多工况数值模拟及试验测量研究,获取相应的流量-静压性能曲线并进行对比,两组数据吻合良好,误差均在5%以内,验证了本文数值模拟方法的准确性和可靠性。随后对集流圈圆弧半径R做改型处理,其值分别设置成33,34,35(原型),36,37 mm。当集流圈圆弧半径为36,37 mm时,静压分别提升了12.65,5.84 Pa,效率分别提升了4.28%,3.22%,设计工况下R=36 mm时相对于原模型叶轮效率提升了3.67%。进一步分析表明集流圈圆弧半径会影响流体在叶轮中产生的漩涡回流现象,从而改变离心风机的流动特性,这为风机运行效率的提升提供了一个参考方向。In order to study the influence of the bell mouth radius on the flow characteristics of centrifugal fan impeller,a fullchannel numerical simulation study was carried out on the internal flow field of the backward centrifugal fan.First,experimental measurements and numerical simulations under multiple working conditions were carried out for a prototype centrifugal fan,the corresponding flow rate-static pressure performance curves were obtained and compared,and the two sets of data are in good agreement with errors all less than 5%,proving the accuracy and reliability of the numerical simulation methods.Then the bellmouth radius R was modified to 33,34,35(for the prototype),36,37 mm,respectively.When the bell-mouth radius is 36,37 mm,the static pressure respectively is increased by 12.65,5.84 Pa,respectively,while the overall efficiency increased by 4.28%,3.22%respectively.For R=36 mm under the design conditions,the impeller efficiency is improved by 3.67%compared with the prototype impeller.Further analysis shows that the bell-mouth radius would affect the vortex structures in the impeller,thereby changing the flow characteristics of the centrifugal fan.These results provide a reference direction for further improvement of the fan operating efficiency.
