摘  要:针对文丘里管空化反应器的结构设计及优化问题,采用CFD软件ANSYS FLUENT模拟研究了前、后直管段对文丘里管空化流场的影响,以及不同入口压力下文丘里管空化流场长度的发展规律。模拟结果表明:当模拟设定的入口压力较高时,需要设置充分长度的后直管段使空化流场充分发展,从而使模拟结果更符合实际应用状况;而前直管段的长度对文丘里管空化流场的模拟结果没有产生明显的影响;在入口压力为0.5~1.6 MPa范围内,空化流场长度的增长趋势分为3部分,而且每部分都符合一次线性增长关系,增长速率依次增大。最后对入口压力为1.61 MPa时的空化流场长度进行了预测,模拟值与预测值的误差为4.95%。研究结果可以为文丘里管空化流场的数值模拟研究提供一些参考。For the structural design and optimization of venturi cavitation reactor,the CFD software ANSYS Fluent was used to simulate the influence of the front and rear straight tube sections on cavitation flow fields of venturi tubes,and the development law of venturi cavitation flow field length under different inlet pressures.The simulation results show that when the inlet pressures set in the simulations were high,it is necessary to set sufficient lengths of the rear straight tube sections to make the cavitation flow fields fully developed,so that the simulation results were more in line with the practical applications.However,lengths of the front straight tube sections had no obvious effects on the simulation results of the cavitation flow fields of venturi tubes.When the inlet pressure is 0.5~1.6 MPa,the increasing trend of the cavitation flow field length is divided into three parts,and each part conforms to a linear increasing relationship,and the increasing rate increases in turn.Finally,the cavitation flow field length was predicted when the inlet pressure was 1.61 MPa,and the error between the simulated value and the predicted value was 4.95%.The research results can provide some references for the numerical simulation of cavitation flow field of venturi tubes.
