摘 要:为了探究翅片间距P_(f)和相对开缝高度S_(h)/P_(f)对翅片管换热器空气侧传热与阻力特性的影响,以5 mm小管径百叶窗式开缝翅片管换热器为研究对象,利用CFD耦合传热数值模拟并结合对流传热综合性能评价准则进行分析。研究结果表明:在P_(f)=1.30~1.50 mm范围内,空气侧Nu和阻力系数f均随P_(f)的增加而减小;在Re=457~2907范围内,S_(h)/P_(f)对开缝翅片管换热器传热性能的影响与Re有关,减小S_(h)/P_(f)可以改善空气侧阻力性能和对流传热综合性能;当Re<1300时,随着P_(f)的增加,对流传热综合性能先增加后减小,P_(f)=1.40 mm,S_(h)/P_(f)=0.40时,对流传热综合性能可达到最佳;当Re>1300时,增加P_(f)有利于提高综合传热性能。In order to investigate the effects of fin pitch P_(f) and relative slot height S_(h)/P_(f) on air-side heat transfer and resistance characteristics,the louvered slotted fin-and-tube heat exchangers with small diameter of 5 mm was taken as the research object,the CFD coupled heat transfer numerical simulation was carried out,and the comprehensive performance evaluation index of heat transfer were adopted for analysis.The research results indicate that when P_(f) is within the range of 1.30~1.50 mm,both the Nu and resistance factor f decrease with the increase of fin pitch P_(f);and when Re=457~2907,the effect of S_(h)/P_(f) on the heat transfer performance of the louvered slotted finned tube heat exchanger is related to Re.The resistance and comprehensive heat transfer performance at air-side can be improved by reducing S_(h)/P_(f).When Re<1300,the comprehensive flow and heat transfer performance first increases and then declines as P_(f) increases,when P_(f)=1.40 mm,and S_(h)/P_(f)=0.40,the best comprehensive heat transfer performance can be achieved.When Re>1300,the comprehensive heat transfer performance can be enhanced by increasing P_(f).
