摘 要:随钻测井仪器工作于高温、高压等恶劣环境下,对电源质量进行监测可避免电子系统因供电问题而死机。由于钻铤内部空间狭窄且传输带宽有限,使得测量电流电压的传统方法并不适用。根据电磁干扰(EMI)信号的设备独立性和导体传播等特点,设计了一种电源线上的EMI信号在线采集与处理电路,适用于井下电源质量监测。该电路设计了低通、放大、抗混叠滤波等完整信号调理链路,并研制了高速模数转换模块,使用FPGA+STM32的运算架构将EMI信号实时转换为频谱。在FPGA中实现了模数转换器(ADC)的时序控制和可变静态存储控制器(FSMC)总线驱动,使得系统能够自主配置ADC的采样率和采样数目,采样率可达40 MHz。实验结果表明本电路具有良好的信号调理性能,通频带纹波低于0.1 dB,能够可靠地完成随钻测井仪器电源线上EMI信号的频谱采集。Logging while drilling tools work in harsh environments such as high temperature and high pressure.Monitoring the power quality can avoid downtime of the electronic system due to power supply problems.Due to the narrow internal space of the drill collar and the limited transmission bandwidth, the traditional method of measuring current and voltage is not suitable.According to the characteristics of equipment independence and conductor propagation of electromagnetic interference(EMI) signal, an online EMI signal acquisition and processing circuit on the power line is designed, which is suitable for underground power quality monitoring.A signal conditioning chain is designed, including low-pass filter, amplification, anti-aliasing filter.A high-speed analog-to-digital conversion(ADC) module is developed, which uses the FPGA+STM32 computing architecture to convert EMI signals into spectrum in real time.The timing control of ADC and the bus drive of flexible static memory controller(FSMC) are realized in FPGA,so that the system can independently configure the ADC sampling rate and number of samples, and the sampling rate can reach 40 MHz.The experimental results show that this circuit has good signal conditioning performance, the passband ripple is less than 0.1 dB,and it can reliably complete the spectrum acquisition of the EMI signal on the power line of the logging while drilling tool.
