摘 要:综述了含盐有机废水来源、特点及危害,重点介绍了不同类型MBR及其组合工艺处理含盐有机废水的研究成果,从微生物学的角度,对嗜盐和耐盐微生物的适应机制和分类进行了探讨,并列举了反应器中常见的嗜盐菌属和耐盐菌属。通过筛选、接种和驯化嗜盐菌及耐盐菌,可进一步优化MBR处理含盐废水工艺,为今后的研究与应用提供参考。The sources,characteristics and hazards of saline organic wastewater were reviewed,and the research achievements of different types of MBR and its combined processes for treating saline organic wastewater were emphasized.The adaptive mechanism and classification of halophilic and halotolerant microorganisms were discussed from the perspective of microbiology,and the common halophilic and halotolerant microorganisms in the reactor were listed.By screening,inoculation and domestication of halophilic and halotolerant bacteria,the process of MBR treatment of saline wastewater can be further optimized,which provides a reference for future research and application.
