摘  要:使用三乙烯四胺(TETA)和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC)混合溶液为水相单体,均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为油相单体,通过界面聚合制备纳滤膜。结果表明在水相溶液中TETA浓度为0.2 wt%,EPTAC浓度为0.4 wt%,油相溶液TMC为0.2 wt%,反应时间30 s,在90℃下热处理为最佳条件。该复合膜在25℃、0.5 MPa条件下纯水通量为80 L/(m^(2)·h),是未添加EPTAC时水通量的5.5倍,对NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4)的截留率分别为15%和98%;对于15000 mg/L NaCl和8000 mg/L Na_(2)SO_(4)混盐溶液体系,Cl^(-)截留率低于1%,SO;截留率高于99.2%,显示了高分离选择性,满足高盐废水分盐要求。抗污染实验结果表明,该膜具有较好的抗污染性能,水通量恢复率可达99%。Nanofiltration membranes were prepared by interfacial polymerization using triethylenetetramine(TETA)and Glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(EPTAC)as aqueous monomers and trimethyl chloride(TMC)as oil monomers.The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows:the concentration of TETA is 0.2wt%,the concentration of EPTAC is 0.4wt%,the concentration of TMC is 0.2wt%,the reaction time is 30s,and the heat treatment temperature is 90℃.At 25℃and 0.5 MPa,the pure water flux of the composite membrane was 80 L/(m~2·h),5 times of the water flux without EPTAC,and the rejection rates of NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4)were 15%and 98%respectively,the rejection rate of NaCl in the mixed salt solution of 15000 mg/L NaCl and 8000 mg/L Na_(2)SO_(4)is lower than 1%,and the rejection rate of Na_(2)SO_(4)is higher than 99.9%.The recovery rate of water flux of HA and SA is 99%and 97%respectively.
