摘 要:采用静电纺丝法制备了不同质量浓度聚偏二氟乙烯-共六氟丙烯(Polyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene,PCH)静电纺膜用于膜蒸馏工艺处理高盐印染废水。实验表明:质量分数20%的PCH静电纺膜的机械强度和疏水性较好,机械强度为34 MPa,接触角为(133.84±1.08)°。以35 g/L的NaCl溶液作为进料液,PCH静电纺膜具有更高的水通量,可以在8 h内稳定运行,其中20%PCH膜水通量达到26.5 L/(m^(2)·h),比商业膜高出178.95%。分别将酸性红18(acid red 18,AR18)、酸性黄36(acid yellow 36,AY36)、亚甲基蓝(methylene blue,MB)和结晶紫(crystal violet,CV)添加至35 g/LNaCl进料液中,研究了6 h后MD对模拟高盐印染废水的截留效果和膜的稳定性。膜对4种染料表现出不同的截留性能,其中AY36添加到进料液时,PCH膜具有最高的水通量(22.5 L/(m^(2)·h)),截留率为99.98%,CV添加到进料液时,膜的水通量(11.3 L/(m^(2)·h))和截留率(99.95%)最低。这归因于MD膜带负电荷,对于带相同电荷的染料具有更好的处理效果。Electrospun polyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexa-fluoropropylene(PCH)nanofibers with different concentrations were prepared by electrospinning for the treatment of high salt dyeing wastewater via membranes distillation process.The results showed that the 20wt%PCH electrospun film had superior mechanical strength and hydrophobicity with a mechanical strength of 34 MPa and a contact angle of 133.84±1.08°.Electrospun PCH nanofiber showed higher water flux and could operate stably within 8 h when 35 g/L NaCl solution was used as feed solution.The PCH nanofiber prepared with a concentration of 20wt%had the highest water flux(26.5 L/(m^(2)·h)),which was 178.95%higher than that of commercial membranes.Acid red 18(AR18),acid yellow 36(AY36),methylene blue(MB)and crystal violet(CV)were added into 35 g·L;NaCl feed solution,respectively,and the rejection effect of MD on simulated high-salt printing and dyeing wastewater and the stability of the membranes were investigated after 6 h.PCH membranes exhibited the highest water flux(22.5 L/(m^(2)·h))and rejection(99.98%)during the treatment of AY36wastewater and showed the lowest water flux(11.3 L/(m^(2)·h))and rejection(99.95%)for the treatment of CVwastewater.This was attributed to the negative charge of the MD membrane,which provided better treatment of dyes with the same charge.
