摘 要:采用非均相臭氧催化氧化-接触氧化法对广州某奶牛养殖基地污水处理站的三级氧化池出水进行了中试研究,通过探究臭氧投加量、臭氧催化反应时间和催化剂用量对出水COD和色度去除率的影响,确定了最佳工况条件:臭氧投加量为120 mg/L、臭氧催化反应时间为30 min,装置中催化剂用量为30 g/L。中试系统在最佳工况下,连续运行时COD的去除率为58.82%;在50%回流条件下,连续运行时COD去除率为63.27%,出水COD稳定在180 mg/L。The pilot process combining heterogeneous catalytic ozonation and contact oxidation was used to treat the effluent from the tertiary oxidation pond of a sewage treatment station in a dairy farming based in Guangzhou.The effects of ozone dosage,ozone catalytic reaction time and catalyst dosage on the removal rates of COD and chroma of the effluent were investigated,and the optimal operating conditions were determined as follows:ozone dosage of 120 mg/L,ozone catalytic reaction time of 30 min and catalyst dosage of 30 g/L.Under the optimal operating conditions of the pilot system,the COD removal rate during the continuous operation was 58.82%;under conditions of 50%reflux,the COD removal rate during the continuous operation was 63.27%,and the COD value of the effluent was stable at 180 mg/L.
