摘 要:根据传统混凝和生化工艺处理海产品加工废水出水污染物浓度高,只能满足较低的排放要求并且运行不稳定等缺点,采用超效浅层离子气浮作为主要预处理,以厌氧复合床-缺氧-MBBR工艺作为二级处理,以新型陶瓷膜—有机膜耦合膜组作为浸没式MBR膜深度处理的工艺进行处理。在本工程中,超效浅层离子气浮以改性魔芋葡甘聚糖为混凝剂,MBBR工段中采用MgO表面修饰的硅藻土空心陶瓷为填料,MBR耦合膜组中平板陶瓷膜采用氧化钇纳米涂层的荷正电Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷膜,有机膜采用柔性PVDF膜。10个月的调试结果表明,出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB 18918-2002表1中一级A标准,即COD≤50 mg/L,ρ(SS)≤10 mg/L,ρ(氨氮)≤5 mg/L,ρ(总氮)≤15 mg/L,ρ(总磷)≤0.5 mg/L,水处理运行费用为6.2元/m;。新型陶瓷膜—有机膜耦合膜组也为平板陶瓷膜更广泛的推广提供了一个实际可行的思路。To date,traditional coagulation and flocculation followed by biological treatment as the most employed process is difficult to achieve satisfactory performance in the treatment of seafood processing wastewater.Therefore,this project adopted super effective shallow ion flotation as pretreatment,UBF-anoxic-MBBR as secondary treatment,and innovative combined ceramic flat membrane and organic membrane submerged MBR as tertiary treatment.Modified Konjac Glucomannan was used as a coagulant in super effective shallow ion flotation.Positively charged diatomite modified by MgO was used as biological packing in MBBR.Moreover,the positively charged Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic flat membrane modified by yttrium oxide,which was combined with PVDF membrane was adopted in the MBR system.The result during successive ten months’operation indicated the combined treatment strategy was operated steadily and the effluent could meet the discharge standard of pollutants for GB 18918-2002 Table 1 Class A water quality standard(COD≤50 mg/L,ρ(SS)≤10 mg/L,ρ(NH_(3)-N)≤5 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤15 mg/L,ρ(TP)≤0.5 mg/L).The water treatment cost was only 6.2 Yuan/m~3.Innovative combined ceramic flat membrane and organic membrane submerged MBR was useful in practice for wider application of ceramic flat membrane.
