摘 要:通过研究准噶尔山楂种壳、种皮和种胚甲醇浸提液不同分离相对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,探讨准噶尔山楂种子内源抑制物活性。结果表明,准噶尔山楂不同部位浸提液均含有抑制白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的物质,且不同部位浸提液对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用不同;种壳对白菜种子萌发的抑制作用大于种皮和种胚,种胚对白菜苗生长的抑制作用大于对白菜种子萌发的抑制作用;水相对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用较小,有时还具有促进作用。研究表明,准噶尔山楂种壳、种皮和种胚不同提取相含有不同内源抑制物质,而且抑制活性间存在差异,这为准噶尔山楂种子休眠的解除及繁殖提供了理论基础。Through studying the effects of different separations of the methanol extracts of Crataegus songarica seed hulls,seed coats and embryos on the seed germination and seedling growth of cabbage the endogenous inhibitor activity of Crataegus songarica seeds was explored.The results showed that the extracts from different parts of Crataegus songarica all contained inhibitors that inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth of cabbage,and the extracts from different parts had different inhibitory effects on the seed germination and seedling growth of cabbage;the seed hulls inhibited the germination of cabbage seeds greater than that of seed coat and seed embryo,the inhibitory effect of seed embryo on the growth of cabbage seedlings was greater than the inhibitory effect on the germination of cabbage seeds;water had less inhibitory effect on the germination and seedling growth of cabbage seeds,and sometimes had a promoting effect.Therefore,it showed that the different extracts of the seed hulls,seed coats and embryos of Crataegus songarica contained different endogenous inhibitors,and there were differences in the inhibitory activity.This provided a theoretical basis for the release of seed dormancy and propagation of Crataegus songarica.
