摘 要:通过采用不同浓度水杨酸溶液(简称SA,浓度0、0.50、0.75 g·L^(-1))进行浸种处理及不同浓度聚乙二醇6000溶液(简称PEG 6000,浓度5%、15%和20%)模拟不同强度的干旱胁迫,研究干旱胁迫条件下SA溶液浸种对八蕊单室茱萸种子萌发和早期幼苗生长指标的影响。结果表明:当SA溶液浓度分别为0、0.50和0.75 g·L^(-1)时,随着PEG 6000溶液浓度的增加,八蕊单室茱萸种子的萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数、地上部分干重和地下部分干重都显著下降。但是,当SA溶液浓度分别为0.50和0.75 g·L^(-1)时,种子萌发和早期幼苗生长指标的值显著高于同等PEG 6000浓度条件下SA溶液浓度为0 g·L^(-1)时的数值;而且,随着SA溶液浓度的增加,各项指标的值先升后降,在浓度为0.50 g·L^(-1)时达到最高值,显著高于浓度为0和0.75 g·L^(-1)两种处理条件下的值。综上所述,SA溶液的浸种处理可一定程度上缓解干旱胁迫对八蕊单室茱萸种子萌发和早期幼苗生长的影响。本研究可为八蕊单室茱萸的育苗提供一定的科学依据。The objective of this study was to explore the characteristics of seed germination and early seedling drought resistance of Mastixia euonymoides which is a plant species with extremely small populations endemic to Yunnan Province.In this study,M.euonymoides seeds were soaked with different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA)with three levels of 0,0.50 and 0.75 g·L^(-1),and treated with different concentrations of PEG 6000 solutions with four levels of 0,5%,15%and 20%,in order to elucidate the effects of SA,PEG,and its interaction on its seed germination and early seedling under drought stress.Results showed that when SA concentration was 0,0.50 and 0.75 g·L^(-1),respectively,seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root dry weight,and shoot dry weight all significantly decreased with the increase of PEG 6000 concentration.However,seed soaking with SA in the treatment of 0.50 and 0.75 g·L^(-1) could significantly increased the values of seed germination and early seedling growth indexes compared with those when SA was 0 g·L^(-1) under the same PEG 6000 treatment.Furthermore,with the increase of SA concentration,the values of various indexes first increased and then decreased.When SA concentration was 0.50 g·L^(-1),all the values reached the peak,which were significantly higher than those in the other SA treatments of 0 and 0.75 g·L^(-1),respectively.It was indicated that seed soaking with with SA could alleviate the effects of drought stress on seed germination and early seedling growth of M.euonymoides.This study provides a scientific basis for the propagation of M.euonymoides.
