摘 要:本文以料慈竹竹节为试验材料,研究了不同的育苗时期以及竹节年龄、长度和部位等因素对育苗竹节萌芽率和生根率的影响,以期为湖南地区料慈竹种苗繁育提供参考。结果表明:3月份埋节育苗竹节的萌芽率和生根率均高于4月份埋节育苗竹节;2~3年生育苗竹节的萌芽率和生根率均显著高于1年生竹节;三节段育苗竹节萌芽率、生根率最高,双节段次之,单节段最低,竹苗高度表现为双节段和三节段显著高于单节段;竹秆中部竹节萌芽率、生根率最高,下部竹节次之,上部竹节最低,竹苗高度表现为中部和下部竹节显著高于上部竹节。Bamboo slubs of Bambusa distegia were used as experimental material in the present work.The effects of factors such as the time of propagation and the age,length and position of bamboo slubs on germination rate and rooting rate of bamboo slubs were studied.This study provided a reference for the propagation of Bambusa distegia in Hunan.The results showed that the germination rate and rooting rate of propagation in March were higher than the propagation effects in April.The germination rate and rooting rate of propagation with bamboo slubs of 2-3 years old were significantly higher than the propagation effects with bamboo slubs of 1-year-old.The germination rate and rooting rate of propagation with three segment bamboo slubs were the highest,followed by the effects of propagation with double segment bamboo slubs,and the effects of propagation with single segment bamboo slubs was the lowest.The height of bamboo seedlings by propagation with buried bamboo slubs of two segment and three segment was significantly higher than that of single segment.The germination rate and rooting rate of propagation with bamboo slubs of the middle section of the bamboo stalk were the highest,followed by the effects of propagation with bamboo slubs of the lower section,and the effects of propagation with bamboo slubs of the upper section is the lowest.The height of bamboo seedlings by propagation with bamboo slubs of the middle and lower section of the bamboo stalk was significantly higher than the effects of propagation with bamboo slubs of the upper section of the bamboo stalk.
