摘 要:为解决多线圈并联加热系统中工件加热不均匀的问题,基于PLC设计了感应加热温度闭环控制系统,采用温度和温升速率跟随式控制策略来保证工件加热整体均温性一致,解决了加热过程中多区并联加热时梯度加热的工艺问题。实际应用表明,该系统能够保证工件加热整体均温性一致,达到了预期的效果。To solve workpiece’s uneven heating problem in multi coil parallel heating system, an induction heating temperature closed-loop control system was designed based on PLC. Strategies of temperature following control and temperature rise rate following control were adopted to ensure workpiece temperature the same as a whole during the heating, and gradient heating in multi zone parallel heating was also solved. The practical test shows that the system can ensure workpiece temperature the same as a whole during the heating and achieve the desired effect.
