摘　　要：介绍了国内外氯化亚砜产品质量的差距,并进行了综合比较;探讨了电子级氯化亚砜产品的生产工艺和方法,试验生产出了电子级氯化亚砜产品,为国内电子级氯化亚砜产品指明了研究方向。In this paper,the gap between domestic and foreign sulfoxide chloride products quality was introduced,and a comprehensive comparison was made,and the production process and method of electronic grade sulfoxide chloride products were explored,and electronic grade sulfoxide chloride products were produced by experiments,which pointed out the research direction of electronic grade sulfoxide chloride products in China.
