摘　　要：目的分析龙岩市居民死亡原因,为改善疾病防控策略和降低死亡率提供科学依据。方法对2019年上报的龙岩市居民死亡资料进行描述性统计学分析,对本市居民各种死亡原因及重点疾病的死因情况进行分析。结果2019年龙岩市共报告户籍死亡17767例,报告死亡率为557.67/10万(标化率416.19/10万);恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害是龙岩市居民前5位死亡原因,构成比分别为25.33%、20.89%、16.83%、14.53%、10.01%。结论2019年,慢性非传染性疾病,尤其是恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病已经成为龙岩市居民主要死亡原因。如何建立有效的慢性病综合防控体系,是龙岩市今后慢性病防控的重点。龙岩市各级政府部门应当加强协调合作,制定强有力措施,全力打造慢性病防控示范区,提高居民健康素养水平,从而降低龙岩居民发病率和死亡率。Objective To evaluate the death level of residents in Longyan city,and to provide a scientific basis for improving the prevention and contral strategy of disease and decreasing mortality.Methods Collecting the monitoring data of the cause of death in Longyan city in 2019,and analyze the mortality reasons and the cause of death of key diseases in this city.Results In 2019,the total number of registered deaths in Longyan city was 17767 cases,with a mortality rate of 557.67/100000(standardized mortality rate was 416.19/100000).The top 5 causes of death were malignant tumors(25.33%),cerebrovascular disease(20.89%),heart disease(16.83%),respiratory disease(14.53%),injuries(10.01%).Conclusion In 2019,Chronic non-communicable diseases,especially malignant tumors and Cardio-cerebrovascular disease have become the main causes of death in residents in Longyan city.How to establish an effective integrated chronic disease prevention and control system is the focus of the chronic disease prevention and control in Longyan in future.The government departments of all counties in Longyan should formulate strong measures by good coordination and cooperation to make full efforts to build chronic disease prevention and control demonstration areas for improving the level of Longyan residents'health literacy,so as to reduce the morbidity and mortality rates of them.
