某三甲医院科研人员诚信调查的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析影响某三甲医院科研人员诚信水平的主要因素。方法2020年5月通过手机线上匿名自愿填报的形式收集调查问卷,采用最优尺度分析法及描述性统计法对影响某三甲医院科研人员科研诚信水平的主要因素进行分析。结果通过最优尺度分析法得出有无接受科研诚信教育的经历(P=0.039)、职业(P=0.008)、最高学位所属的专业(P=0.003)和聘任职称(P=0.019)最有可能与调查对象是否了解科研诚信概念存在相关性(约占该模型总解释度的53.5%),影响科研人员诚信水平的主要外部因素有利益驱动(67.2%),科研人员生存压力(47.6%),考核评价体系不合理(45.6%),学术不端的监管及惩罚力度(44.1%),学术不端相关法律法规制度的普及(31.4%)等。结论建议科研管理部门应将科研诚信教育纳入职业道德教育中,针对不同群体采用不同的教育侧重,以期达到最好的效果。Objective To investigate and analyze the main factors influencing the integrity level of scientific researchers in a third class hospital.Methods Collect online anonymity volunteered questionnaires by mobile phone,Using the optimal scale analysis method and descriptive statistics to quantify the importance of the main factors affecting the understanding of the concept of scientific integrity of scientific researchers in a third Class hospital.Results Through the optimal scale analysis method,it showed that the experience of scientific integrity education(P=0.039),occupation(P=0.008),professional title(P=0.003)and professional title(P=0.019)were most likely related to the understanding of the concept of scientific integrity(about 53.5%of the total interpretation of the model).The main external factors affecting the integrity level of researchers are interest driven(67.2%),survival pressure of researchers(47.6%),unreasonable assessment and evaluation system(45.6%),supervision and punishment of academic misconduct(44.1%),popularization of laws and regulations related to academic misconduct(31.4%),etc.Conclusion It is suggested that scientific research management departments should incorporate scientific research integrity education into professional ethics education,and adopt different education emphasis for different groups in order to achieve the best effect.
