摘  要:目的探讨血站采供血工作中护理质量管理的方法及效果。方法采用分组对照原则进行研究项目设计,研究时间为2020年4月—2021年5月,其中2020年4—10月来血站采血的680名人员为常规组,接受常规管理,2020年11月—2021年5月来血站采血的698名人员为试验组,接受护理质量管理。比较两组献血人员满意情况、不良反应发生情况、供血差错事件以及血液检测不合格事件。结果经过护理质量管理干预后,试验组人员献血过程中非常满意人数较多,总体护理满意度较高;其各类不良献血反应总发生率要明显低于常规组;比较两组供血差错事件总发生率,试验组为0.72%,明显低于常规组的7.21%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在采血供血期间,以质量控制为重点做好护理管理,优化各项护理服务流程,对提高血站整体供血质量与献血人员满意度,均有积极作用。Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing quality management in blood collection and supply in blood stations.Methods The research project design was carried out by the principle of group control,and the research period was from April 2020 to May 2021;among them,680 people who came to the blood station to collect blood from April to October 2020 were the routine group and received routine management.From November 2020 to May 2021,698 people who came to the blood station to collect blood received nursing quality management for the experimental group.The satisfaction of blood donors,adverse reactions,blood supply errors and unqualified blood tests were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention of nursing quality management,there were more people in the experimental group who were very satisfied during the blood donation process,and the overall nursing satisfaction was higher;the total incidence of various adverse blood donation reactions was significantly lower than that of the conventional group;comparison of the occurrence of blood supply errors between the two groups;the total rate of 0.72%in the experimental group was significantly lower than the 7.21%in the conventional group,and the numerical differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of blood collection and blood supply,quality control was the focus of nursing management,and the optimization of various nursing service processes has a positive effect on improving the overall blood supply quality of the blood station and the satisfaction of blood donors.
