摘 要:目的观察品管圈在降低眼科术前准备错误率中的作用效果。方法收集2018年6月1—30日眼科住院手术患者226例,术前准备发生错误件数68件,术前准备错误发生率30.09%。采用品管圈活动后收集2018年11月1—30日眼科住院手术患者226例,进行对照研究。结果采用品管圈活动后,术前准备发生错误件数20件,术前准备错误发生率8.85%,术前准备错误率明显低于实施品管圈活动前(P<0.05)。实施品管圈活动前后进行比较,术前准备错误率由原来的30.09%降低至8.85%,目标达成率105.52%,进步率为70.59%。结论通过品管圈活动对眼科术前准备流程进行完善管理,可以降低术前准备错误发生,同时可使护理人员工作能力得到提升,护理工作更加规范、持续、高效。Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle in reducing the error rate of ophthalmic preoperative preparation.Methods A total of 226 patients with ophthalmic surgery from June 1 to 30,2018 were collected.The number of preoperative preparation errors was 68,and the incidence of preoperative preparation errors was 30.09%.226 inpatients with ophthalmic surgery from November 1 to November 30,2018 were collected after the quality control circle activity.Conducted a control study.Results After quality control circleimplementation,there were 20 cases of errors in preoperative preparation,and the error rate of preoperative preparation was 8.85%.The error rate of preoperative preparation was significantly lower than that before the implementation of quality control circle activity(P<0.05).The error rate of preoperative preparation was reduced from 30.09%to 8.85%,the target achievement rate was 105.52%,and the progress rate was 70.59%.Conclusion Through the quality control circle activities improving the management of ophthalmology preoperative preparation process,can reduce the occurrence of preoperative preparation errors,at the same time can improve the working ability of nursing staff,nursing work more standardized,continuous and efficient.
