摘 要:历史建筑的节能问题已逐渐成为国内外研究的热点。如何在提高能源效率和避免对历史建筑及其结构的破坏之间取得平衡,对各国专家学者都是一个艰巨的任务。与国内相比,欧洲国家针对历史建筑的节能改造研究起步较早,已发展成为比较系统的节能综合技术。文章从法律法规、管理、技术措施、评估方法等方面出发,介绍以英国、意大利等为代表的欧洲国家近几年关于历史建筑节能的研究成果,其中的一些管理理念、技术措施、评估方法等对我国具有一定的借鉴意义。The energy-saving issue of historical buildings has gradually become a hot spot of research at home and abroad.How to strike a balance between improving energy efficiency and avoiding damage to historical buildings and their structures is a tough task for experts and scholars from all over the world.Compared with China,the research on energy-saving renovation of historical buildings in European countries started earlier,and has developed into a relatively systematic comprehensive energy-saving technology.From the perspectives of laws and regulations,management,technical measures,evaluation methods,etc.,this paper introduces the research results of energy conservation of historical buildings in recent years in European countries represented by the United Kingdom and Italy,and some of the management concepts,technical measures and evaluation methods have certain reference significance for our country.
