十八大以来成人高等教育发展的经验与启示

摘　　要：中国共产党从建立伊始,通过发动工农教育运动和干部教育,进行了马克思主义理论知识宣传和普及、文化知识传播,成人教育在革命实践中得到了探索发展,对取得新民主主义革命胜利起到了重要作用。新中国成立以来,我国成人高等教育的起步和发展对我国国民素质提升和教育体系完善有着不可或缺的影响。中国共产党成立的一百年里,成人高等教育层次与质量不断提升。通过对其发展历程的回顾,展示了中国共产党领导下的成人高等教育顺应时代发展而取得的成就,特别是总结十八大以来成人高等教育质量提升的经验,以期更好地促进新时代成人高等教育内涵式发展。Since the founding of the Communist Party of China start by launching the education movement of workers and peasants and the education of cadres, has propagandized the knowledge of Marxist theory and popularized and spread the cultural knowledge. The Communist Party of China starts from the elevator cultural knowledge has been disseminated, adult education has been explored the revolutionary practice, development. Adult education in revolutionary practice has been explored and developed. It played an important role in the victory of the New Democratic Revolution. Since the founding of New China, the development of adult higher education in China has improved the quality of our citizens and the education system with indispensable influence. In the 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the level and quality of adult higher education are constantly improving. Through the review of the development of adult higher education, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adult higher education has achievements in development. In particular, it summarizes the experience of improving the quality of adult higher education since the 18 th National Congress of the Party.
