细胞学形态结合凝血检验在大肠癌诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析细胞学形态结合凝血检验在大肠癌患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院100例行大肠癌诊断的患者设为观察组,对其采用细胞学形态结合凝血检验方式,另纳入100名健康人员,同样行细胞学形态结合凝血检验,并设为对照组,对比2组相关血清指标(CA125、CA19-9、CEA)水平与凝血检验五项指标(PT、APTT、TT、FIB、D-二聚体)含量水平。结果:通过观察检验结果发现,观察组患者的相关血清指标(CA125、CA19-9、CEA)水平与凝血检验五项指标(PT、APTT、TT、FIB、D-二聚体)含量水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:细胞学形态结合凝血检验模式的应用,能够明显提高大肠癌患者的诊断效率,对保障患者得到及时有效的治疗具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the application value of cytomorphology combined with coagulation test in diagnosing large intestinal cancer.Methods Enrolled 100patients to be subject to the diagnosis for large-intestinal cancer,as observation group(received above-mentioned both methods),at the same time,100physical examinees as control group(also,received the both methods);compared relevant serum norms’(CA125,CA19-9,and CEA)levels,and coagulation test 5norms’(PT,APTT,TT,FIB,and D-dimer)levels between the two groups.Results In above-mentioned serum norms and coagulation test norms observation group had all more higher levels than control group did(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cytomorphology and coagulation test can significantly enhance the efficacy in diagnosing large intestinal cancer which has important significance for making patients got treated timely and effectively.
