弹力线套扎术联合口服清热解毒颗粒治疗混合痔30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察弹力线套扎术联合口服清热解毒颗粒治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:将60例混合痔患者随机为观察组和对照组,每组30例。2组患者均采用弹力线套扎术治疗,术后对照组患者口服肿节风分散片,观察组患者口服清热解毒颗粒,比较2组患者的临床疗效、疼痛评分、创口愈合时间及住院时间。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组为90.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7、14d后,观察组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者创口愈合时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用弹力线套扎术联合口服清热解毒颗粒治疗混合痔,可明显缓解患者术后疼痛,缩短住院时间,促进创口愈合,疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of thread-elastic ligature(TEL)combined with oral Qingre Jiedu Keli(a TCM formula,Granules)in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divided 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids to control group(30 cases,received TEL,then oral administered Zhongjiefengfensan tablets,shortly named tablets)and observation group(30 cases,received TEL,then oral Granules);compared both groups’clinical effect,the ratings on pain,wound healing time,and hospitalization time.Results There was no statistical difference in total effective rate between the two groups(93.33%vs 90.00%,P>0.05);at 7,14 days after treatment,in the ratings on pain observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);in the time for wound healing and for hospitalization observation was all shorter than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion TEL plus Granules in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids can significantly relieve patients’postoperative pain,shorten hospitalization stay,promote wound healing,which the efficacy is significant.
