维生素B1片联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹胀伴便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察维生素B1片联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹胀伴便秘的疗效。方法:将86例腹胀伴便秘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患儿采用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上加用维生素B1片进行治疗,比较2组患儿的疗效、症状改善情况以及治疗过程中出现的不良反应情况。结果:观察组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹胀消失时间、食欲改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),便秘改善效果明显优于对照组;2组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用维生素B1片联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹胀伴便秘疗效显著,可快速改善患儿的临床症状,且不良反应少,安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of VitB1 plus icheni-bacillus capsule(live) shorthy named as capsule in the treatment of infantile burbulence associated with constipation.Methods Randomly divided 86 pediatric patients with burbulence associated with constipation into control group(43 cases,alone Capsule)and observation group(43cases,Capsule plus VitB1);then,compared both groups’effect,the status on symptoms improved,and unward reaction during treatment.Results In total effective rate;in the times for burbulence disappeared and for appetite improved;and in the status on constipation improved observation group was significantly higher than;shorter than;and superior to control group(all,P<0.05);but in unward reaction incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion VitB1 plus Capsule in the treatment of burbulence associated with constipation has significant effect,and lower unward reaction incidence,as well as higher safety.
