综合护理模式在结肠癌合并肠梗阻术后护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探究综合护理模式在结肠癌合并肠梗阻术后护理中的应用价值。方法:将66例结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用综合护理,比较2组患者护理前后情绪状态、护理满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果:护理前2组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对结肠癌合并肠梗阻术后护理中实施综合护理干预,可降低患者术后并发症发生率,改善其情绪状态,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing model in postoperative nursing of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Methods 66 patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into control group(n=33,received routine nursing)and observation group(n=33,received comprehensive nursing model),The emotional state,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model intervention in postoperative nursing of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve their emotional state and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
