摘  要:ZSM-5分子筛封装金属催化剂被广泛应用于催化反应中,提高催化剂中活性金属的分散度和稳定性对改善其催化性能具有重要意义。在水热合成过程中加入不同质量的铝源,制备了3种不同n(Al)/n(Pt)的Pt@ZSM-5(x)催化剂来研究载体中Al对金属Pt分散度和稳定性的影响。结果表明,ZSM-5中Al对封装金属的分散度几乎没有影响。n(Al)/n(Pt)=5的Pt@ZSM-5(5)催化剂中金属稳定性最高,并且在常压700℃、GHSV=10800 mL/(g·h)条件下催化甲烷部分氧化(POM)反应80 h后,CH_(4)转化率仍在68.0%以上。催化剂合适的n(Al)/n(Pt)可以提高金属的稳定性,并在催化POM中具有更好的抗积炭能力和产物选择性。ZSM-5 molecular sieve encapsulated metal catalysts are widely used in catalytic reactions.Improving the dispersion and stability of active metal in catalyst is of great significance to improve its catalytic performance.Three kinds of Pt@ZSM-5(x)catalysts with different n(Al)/n(Pt)were prepared by adding aluminum sources of different quality during hydrothermal synthesis to study the effect of Al on the dispersity and stability of Pt.The results show that Al in ZSM-5 has negligible effect on the dispersion of encapsulated metals.The metal stability of Pt@ZSM-5(5)catalyst with n(Al)/n(Pt)=5 is the highest among the three catalysts.After 80 hours of catalytic partial oxidation of methane(POM)reaction at atmospheric pressure,700℃and GHSV=10800 mL/(g·h),and the CH_(4) conversion of Pt@ZSM-5(5)catalyst is still above 68.0%.Catalyst with appropriate n(Al)/n(Pt)can improve the stability of the metal,and it has better resistance to carbon deposition and product selectivity in catalyzing POM.
