摘  要:为了提高Ni/SAPO-5催化剂的十氢萘选择性,以生物质甲基纤维素(MC)为辅助模板剂,通过水热晶化合成法合成了SAPO-5-MC分子筛,负载活性组分Ni后制备了萘加氢催化剂Ni/SAPO-5-MC。采用XRD、N2吸/脱附、XPS、NH3-TPD、H2-TPR和SEM对Ni/SAPO-5和Ni/SAPO-5-MC催化剂进行了表征,并在固定床微型反应器上以萘加氢制十氢萘为探针反应研究了催化剂的活性及选择性。结果表明,与Ni/SAPO-5相比,Ni/SAPO-5-MC的平均孔径增大,强酸的酸强度下降,弱酸和中强酸酸量增加,NiO与载体的相互作用减弱,进而使得NiO的分散度增加。引入MC后,催化剂的十氢萘选择性由75.5%提升到93.6%。上述变化表明MC辅助模板剂的使用显著提升了催化剂的十氢萘选择性。In order to improve the decalin selectivity of Ni/SAPO-5 catalyst, SAPO-5-MC molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization synthesis method using biomass methyl cellulose(MC) as auxiliary template. The naphthalene hydrogenation catalyst Ni/SAPO-5-MC was prepared by loading the active component Ni. Ni/SAPO-5 and Ni/SAPO-5-MC catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption/desorption, XPS, NH3-TPD, H2-TPR and SEM, and the activity and selectivity of the catalysts were studied in a fixed-bed micro-reactor with the hydrogenation of naphthalene to decalin as a probe reaction. The results show that compared with Ni/SAPO-5, the average pore size of Ni/SAPO-5-MC increases, the acid strength of strong acid decreases,the amount of weak acid and medium-strong acid increases, and the interaction between NiO and the carrier decreases, thus increasing the dispersion of NiO. After the introduction of MC, the decalin selectivity of the catalyst was increased from 75.5% to 93.6%. The above changes indicate that the decalin selectivity of the catalyst is significantly improved by the use of MC auxiliary template.
