摘 要:为明确蜡晶析出对二氧化碳水合物的作用机理,揭示含蜡水包油(Oil in Water,O/W)体系下二氧化碳水合物浆液流动及堵塞特性,采用高压可视实验环路开展了含蜡O/W体系下的水合物浆液流动实验;考察了不同蜡含量下,体系温度、压力、压降、流量和水合物生成体积分数等的变化趋势。结果表明:在含蜡质量分数为0.50%~1.75%时,O/W体系下蜡晶析出后与液相中的水合物颗粒形成大尺寸聚集体并沉积在管道下壁面,管道流通面积急剧减小,流动摩阻增大,体系流动性显著下降,最终出现堵塞;在含蜡质量分数为1.75%~2.50%时,O/W体系下蜡晶大量析出形成的蜡沉积层阻碍温控系统与环路间传热,水合物生成体积分数较小且生成的水合物多以悬浮相的形式随液相主体流动,体系最终形成稳定的浆液流动。In order to clarify the action mechanism of wax crystal precipitation on carbon dioxide hydrate and reveal the flow and blockage characteristics of carbon dioxide hydrate slurry in waxy oil in water(O/W) system, the high-pressure visual experimental loop was used to carry out the hydrate slurry flow experiment in waxy O/W system. The variation trends of system temperature,pressure, pressure drop, flow rate and volume fraction of hydrate generated under different wax contents were investigated. The results show that when the mass fraction of wax is 0.50%-1.75%, the wax crystals precipitated in the O/W system form large-scale aggregates with hydrate particles in the liquid phase and deposit on the lower wall of the pipeline, the flow area of the pipeline decreases sharply,the flow friction increases, the fluidity of the system decreases significantly, and finally the pipe is blocked. When the mass fraction of wax is 1.75%-2.50%, the wax deposition layer formed by the precipitation of a large number of wax crystals in the O/W system hinders the heat transfer between the temperature control system and the loop, the volume fraction of hydrate generated is small and the hydrate generated mostly flows with the liquid phase body in the form of suspended phase, and the system finally forms a stable slurry flow.
