二氧化氯和过氧乙酸消毒液对侵蚀肉类装备硬质材料霉菌的杀灭效果观察

摘　　要：观察二氧化氯和过氧乙酸消毒液对侵蚀肉类装备硬质材料霉菌的杀灭效果。采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验方法,对二氧化氯和过氧乙酸消毒液杀灭侵蚀硬质材料霉菌的效果进行实验室观察。结果表明,用浓度为250mg/L二氧化氯消毒液作用1min,对烂木瓶霉、拟分隔镰孢霉的平均杀灭对数值分别为2.70和5.50,用浓度为1 000mg/L过氧乙酸消毒液作用1min,对烂木瓶霉、拟分隔镰孢霉的平均杀灭对数值分别为2.96和1.93,用浓度为400mg/L二氧化氯消毒液和浓度为1 500mg/L过氧乙酸消毒液作用1min,对烂木瓶霉、拟分隔镰孢霉的平均杀灭对数值均﹥3.00。二氧化氯和过氧乙酸消毒液对侵蚀硬质材料的常见霉菌均具有良好的杀灭效果,实验证明二氧化氯比过氧乙酸的杀灭效果要好,尤其是在对拟分隔镰孢霉的杀灭效果上。The killing effects of chlorine dioxide and peracetic acid disinfectant on molds which could erode eroded the hard materials of meat equipment were observed.The carrier immersion quantitative sterilization test method was adopted, and the effect of chlorine dioxide and peracetic acid disinfectant on killing molds which could erode hard materials was conducted to laboratory observation. The results showed that chlorine dioxide disinfectant with a concentration of 250 mg/L was used for 1 min, the average killing logarithms values of Phialophora richardsiae and Fusarium pseudoseparatum were 2.70 and 5.50, respectively. The peracetic acid disinfectantwith a concentration of 1 000 mg/L was used for 1 min, the average killing logarithms values ofP. richardsiae and F. pseudoseparatum were 2.96 and 1.93, respectively. The chlorine dioxide disinfectant with a concentration of 400 mg/L and peracetic acid disinfectantwith a concentration of 1 500 mg/L were used for 1 min, the average killing logarithms values of P. richardsiae and F. pseudoseparatumwere more than 3.00.Chlorine dioxide and peracetic acid disinfectant had good killing effect on common molds which could erode hard materials.The results showed that the killing effect of chlorine dioxide was better than that of peracetic acid, especially on F. pseudoseparatum.
