不同标准拔出引流管对腰椎融合术后疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同标准拔出引流管对腰椎融合术后疗效的影响。方法选取我院200例行腰椎后路内固定术的患者,根据不同的拔出引流标准,将患者分为A、B 2组,每组100例。A组根据时间(术后第2天)拔出引流管,B组根据引流量(<50 mL/d)拔出引流管,比较2组术后疗效。结果A组术后引流量和总出血量明显少于B组(P<0.001),术后下床活动时间和住院时间比B组短(P<0.001)。2组手术部位感染和术后疼痛症状的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于后路腰椎1~2节段融合内固定的患者,A组患者比B组患者恢复更快,A组患者较B组患者术后引流量减少,总失血量减少,A组术后提前下床活动,术后住院时间缩短,并且不增加术后感染和疼痛症状的发生率。Objective To compare drainage tube removal according to different standards of time and drainage volume and determine which method is better for patients after lumbar fusion.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent lumbar posterior internal fixation in our hospital were selected and divided into groups A and B according to the different drainage standards,with 100 patients in each group.The drainage tube was removed according to the time(day 2 post-operation)in group A,and according to the drainage volume(<50mL/d)in group B.The postoperative effects in the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative drainage volume,total blood loss,postoperative ambulation time,and hospital stay in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of surgical site infection or postoperative pain between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients who underwent posterior lumbar 1-2 segment fusion and internal fixation,the recovery of group A was faster than that of group B.The postoperative drainage volume and total blood loss of group A were less than those of group B.The patients in group A were ambulatory earlier post-operation,had shorter postoperative hospital stay,and did not have increased incidence of postoperative infection or pain symptoms.
