摘　　要：心力衰竭(HF)是各种心血管疾病发生发展的终末阶段,已经成为我国死亡率最高的疾病之一,住院患者病死率可达4.1%,至今仍无治愈方法。近年来,随着HF发病机制和治疗药物机制的逐渐明晰,越来越多的新型HF治疗药物接连问世,药物的新用途不断被发现,临床用药的选择也越发多样化。本文对各类HF治疗药物的机制及其发展现状进行综述,为临床治疗提供了新思路。Heart failure(HF)is the final stage of numerous cardiovascular diseases,and there is no cure for this condition.HF has become one of the highest-mortality diseases in China,with an estimated 4.1%of hospitalized patients of people affected.In recent years,the pathogenesis and therapeutic drug mechanism of HF have become better understood,leading to the development of more and more new drugs for treating HF.As more such drugs come to market,the choice of clinical drugs is becoming more diversified.This paper introduces the current situation of HF in China,as well as the developmental mechanism of various drugs for HF.
