摘　　要：浅析国医大师孙申田教授针药结合治疗妇人脏躁的临床经验并举案佐证。病因病机方面,孙申田教授认为脏躁属于情志类疾病,多发生于青壮年女性,由于女性特定的生理结构,加之紧张的生活工作环境长期得不到改善及北方地区寒冷气候、油腻厚甘的饮食习惯,易内伤于心、肝、脾三脏,导致心血不足,神无所依;饮食厚甘,劳倦伤脾;五志之火内动,气机不和,躁扰心神而发。治法以舒情调志,畅达气机为基础,针刺百会、左右神聪二穴及情感区,配以“经颅重复针刺法”与辨证遣方施药相结合。孙师认为本病在治疗过程中受社会因素及环境因素影响较多,易干扰治疗效果,故尤重调神针法的应用及治疗过程中对患者的心理疏导,临床疗效显著。This paper makes a brief analysis of the clinical experience of Professor SUN Shentian,a TCM master,in the treatment of women’s visceral mania by acupuncture plus medicine,and cites a successful case.Professor SUN Shentian believes that women’s visceral mania is a kind of emotional disease,which often occurs in young and middle-aged women.Due to women’s specific physiological structure,tense living and working environment,and the cold climate and greasy and sweet eating habits in northern China,it is easy to hurt the heart,liver and spleen,leading to heart blood deficiency and spirit’s lacking place to rely on;thick and sweet diet causes tiredness and injury to the spleen.The fire invades inside,the Qi’s movement(气机)is not in harmony,and the restlessness disturbs the mind.Treatment:on the basis of relaxing emotion and regulating Qi,acupuncture at Baihui(百会)acupoint,Shengcong(神聪)acupoints and emotional area was given,combined with“transcranial repeated acupuncture”and prescription application based on syndrome differentiation.Professor SUN thinks that the disease is affected by social and environmental factors in the treatment process,which is easy to interfere with the treatment effect.Therefore,he pays special attention to the application of mind regulating acupuncture and the psychological counseling of patients in the treatment process,which achieves significant clinical effect.
