摘　　要：近年来针刺治疗眼病在临床的应用范围越来越广,特别对于难治性眼病取得了显著的疗效。而郑氏针法具有针感强、感传快、起效快捷,疗效稳定、持久等特点,对于近视、弱视、干眼症、视网膜萎缩、视网膜色素变等眼部疾患都取得了良好的疗效。文章通过对2006-2021年近15年郑氏针法治疗眼部疾患的文献进行分析整理,评析研究现状,探究郑氏针法治疗眼病临床已取得的成果,并且分析现有研究存在的问题,展望未来研究的前景。In recent years, the application of acupuncture in the treatment of eye diseases has been more and more widely in clinic,especially for the treatment of refractory eye diseases has achieved remarkable curative effect. ZHENG’s acupuncture has the characteristics of strong needle sensation, fast sensory transmission, quick effect, stable and lasting efficacy, and has achieved good efficacy for eye diseases such as myopia, amblyopia, dry eye, retinal atrophy, retinal pigmentation and so on. In this paper, through the analysis and sorting of the literature on the treatment of eye diseases by ZHENG’s acupuncture in the past 15 years from 2006 to 2021, the status quo of the research was evaluated to explore the clinical achievements achieved by ZHENG’s acupuncture in the treatment of eye diseases, analyze the problems of existing research, and look into the prospects of future research.
