补肺固肾汤结合西药对COPD患者肺功能、机体免疫水平的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:应用西药结合补肺固肾汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)进行治疗,并分析其对患者肺功能、机体免疫水平的影响。方法:从2018年6月-2020年10月收治的COPD患者中随机选取80例,按电脑随机表法分为两组,研究组用补肺固肾汤联合西药进行治疗,对照组用单纯西药治疗,对比两组患者肺功能、免疫指标、临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果:治疗后研究组1s用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)均大于对照组,FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组CD4;、CD4;/CD8;水平高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清炎性因子水平差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在COPD患者的治疗中除了采用西药进行治疗,联合使用补肺固肾汤可提高疗效,明显改善患者的肺功能,提高机体免疫水平。Objective:To treat COPD with Western medicine plus the Bufei Gushen decoction(补肺固肾汤)and to analyze its effect on lung function and immune level of patients.Methods:80 COPD patients admitted from June 2018 to October 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the computer random table method.The study group was treated with the Bufei Gushen decoction plus Western medicine,while the control group was treated with Western medicine alone.The lung function,immune indexes,clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,FEV1 and FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+level in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group,and the TCM syndrome score in the study group after treatment was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of COPD patients,the combination of the Bufei Gushen decoction and Western medicine can improve the efficacy,significantly promote the lung function of patients,and enhance the immune level of the body.
