摘　　要：本篇文章以慢性荨麻疹验案为例,通过结合体质辨证分析五积散在皮科的应用,由此展开对五积散临床应用的思考,以飨同道。A case of chronic urticaria is taken as an example in this paper,through analyzing the application of Wuji San(五积散)in practice based on syndrome differentiation of constitution,the clinical application of Wuji San is explored for the benefit of peer doctors.
