六味地黄丸合桃红四物汤加减治疗肝肾阴虚糖尿病肾病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析六味地黄丸合桃红四物汤加减治疗肝肾阴虚糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:选取我院2019年1月-2020年9月收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,并利用随机数字表法分为西医组、中西医联合组各45例,西医组采取西医治疗方案治疗,中西医联合组在西医治疗方案基础上加用六味地黄丸合桃红四物汤加减治疗,3个月后对比两组中医症状积分(多尿、疲乏、腰腿酸疼、口唇紫暗)、肾功能指标(24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮)、生存质量评分(生理、心理、社会关系、环境)、不良反应(嗜睡、食欲不振、皮疹)发生率的差异。结果:治疗前两组患者中医症状积分、肾功能指标、生存质量评分的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后中医症状积分、肾功能指标均较本组治疗前下降,生存质量评分较本组治疗前升高,且中西医联合组中医症状积分、肾功能指标低于西医组,生存质量评分高于西医组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);中西医联合组不良反应发生率与西医组数值相当,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸合桃红四物汤加减治疗肝肾阴虚糖尿病肾病疗效更佳且不良反应发生率低,具有广阔的推广使用前景。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan(六味地黄丸)plus the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:90 patients with diabetic nephropathy from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divide into the Western medicine group and the combined group by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The Western medicine group received Western medicine treatment plan.In the combined group,on the basis of the Western medicine treatment plan,Liuwei Dihuang Wan and the Taohong Siwu decoction was added.Three months later,the two groups were compared in TCM symptom scores(polyuria,fatigue,sore waist and legs,dark lips),renal function indicators(24h urine protein quantification,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen),quality of life scores(physiology,psychology,social relations,environment),and adverse reactions(drowsiness,loss of appetite,skin rash)incidence.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores,renal function indexes,and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores and renal function indexes in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the quality of life scores were higher.The TCM symptom scores and renal function indexes in the combined group were lower than the Western medicine group,and the quality of life score of the combined TCM and western medicine group was higher than the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was similar to that in the Western medicine group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Wan plus the Taohong Siwu decoction has better curative effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which has broad prospects for promot
