摘　　要：黄莺教授将面部激素依赖性皮炎分为急性发作期和慢性缓解期,从“痈疽原是火毒生”和久病多虚多瘀论治,强调采用“辨病-辨期-辨证”、中西并用、内外结合、身心同治的综合疗法进行治疗,每每奏效。Professor HUANG Ying divides facial hormone-dependent dermatitis into acute attack stage and chronic remission stage,the treatment should be based on “carbuncle is caused by fire and poison”, and chronic disease is frequently with deficiency and stasis.A comprehensive therapy of “disease differentiation-stage differentiation-syndrome differentiation”, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, the combination of internal and external treatment, and physical and mental treatment is emphasized, which achieves remarkable effect.
