产后风湿病的中医辨证论治研究进展

摘　　要：产后风湿是产后或人工流产术后正虚之时,伤及关节、肌肉、皮肤等组织所引起的肌肉关节酸困、疼痛为主要表现的疾病,是产后女性常见病、多发病。本病经治疗多可痊愈,合并其他病时可出现关节变形、肌肉萎缩等,甚至导致残废。目前,西医治疗本病以止痛为主,尚不能根治,且对产妇及婴儿不良反应大,而中医可发挥标本同治的独特优势,临床效果显著。笔者通过检索近10年文献,从病因病机、辨证论治等方面对该病的治疗进行综述,以期为中医药治疗该病提供指导。Postpartum rheumatism is a common and frequently-occurring disease in postpartum women, which is mainly manifested by muscle and joint pain caused by injury to joints, muscles, skin and other tissues during postpartum or artificial abortion. After treatment,most of the disease can be cured, in cases of mistreatment or treatment is not timely, it will lead to joint deformation, muscle atrophy and even disability. At present, Western medicine treatment of this disease is mainly to relieve pain, which means it cannot be cured completely,and it has great toxic and adverse reactions on parturients and infants, while traditional Chinese medicine can give full play to the unique advantages of simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms, and the clinical effect is remarkable. By searching the literature in the past 10 years, the author summarizes the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation and treatment in order to provide guidance for the treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
