紫草临床治疗皮肤病的研究进展

摘　　要：多年的临床研究发现,许多中草药都具有润肤保湿、修复受损皮肤的作用,而紫草是我们日常应用中较为常见的一味中草药,有清热凉血、活血解毒、透疹消斑的功效。人体皮肤具有强大的屏障功能,能够保护人体内的各种器官和组织免受外界环境的刺激,正常的皮肤能够有效保留组织中的营养物质、水电解质,如果皮肤的屏障功能受损,人体健康就会受到影响。研究发现,紫草在临床上广泛用于治疗各类皮肤疾病,而中医外治法选用中草药制剂来解决皮肤的各类问题,并且具有显著的疗效,因此中西药结合灵活用药值得临床推广,也可使中医药的优势得到发挥。文章就中医外治法及紫草对皮肤的修复作用、独特效果进行了综述,并对进一步的研究进行了展望。Years of clinical studies have found that many Chinese herbal medicines have the effects of moisturizing and repairing damaged skin,and arnebia euchroma is a common Chinese herbal medicine in our daily application.It has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting blood circulation,detoxification,and removing rashes and spots.Human skin has a strong barrier function,which can protect various organs and tissues in the human body from external environmental stimulation.Normal skin can effectively retain nutrients,water and electrolytes in the tissues.Therefore,if the barrier function of the skin is damaged,Human health will be affected.Studies have found that arnebia euchroma is widely used in clinical treatment of various skin diseases,and TCM external treatment uses Chinese herbal medicine to solve various skin problems,and has significant curative effects.Therefore,the flexible use of TCM and Western medicine is worthy of clinical promotion,can also give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.This article reviews the repairing effects and unique effects of TCM external treatment and arnebia euchroma on the skin,and prospects for further research.
