摘　　要：随着人口老龄化程度的加深,由政府出资购买、专业社工机构承接养老服务项目已成为养老服务社会化最普遍选择。文章以芜湖市H社工机构为个案开展研究,在总结凝练其介入长者服务的经验成效基础上,发现其存在的问题,提出匹配服务“质”“量”、参照量化指标、平衡“内”“外”资源、强化行业建设的建议,有效弥补社工机构介入长者服务短板,使社区养老服务体系更加规整和完善。With the deepening of population aging,it has become the most common choice for the socialization of elderly care services to purchase elderly care services funded by the government and undertake elderly care service projects by professional social work institutions.Based on the case study of H social work institution in Wuhu City,this paper summarizes and condenses its experience and effectiveness in providing services for the elderly,finds out its existing problems,and puts forward suggestions on matching the"quality"and"quantity"of services,referring to quantitative indicators,balancing"internal"and"external"resources,and strengthening industry construction,so as to effectively make up for the shortcomings of social work agencies'intervention in elderly services,and make the community elderly care service system more standardized and perfect.
